About Us
Welcome
I’m Roberto and I’m looking forward to sharing some great recipes I have enjoyed growing up in a Italian house hold. My best kitchen memories was when my mama made authentic Italian sandwiches, soups and deserts, for our lunches, snacks or even for school events.
These recipes cannot be found in a cookbook because many of these recipes don’t follow ANY measurements as we all know the best food usually followed no recipe at all. I remember asking many times, “What’s the recipe?” my mama would say …..” I don’t know….a little of this ….a little of that…depends on how you like it.” I would like to think Roberto’s Corner is a traditional take off of my mamma’s authentic recipes here for you to enjoy and always made fresh daily.
